Coaching Terms and Conditions

 This coaching agreement outlines the basic principles we agree to as part of our coaching relationships together. The commitment to you, as your certified Life Languages TM coach and facilitator, is to work alongside you to understand your goals and offer coaching based on the Life Languages TM / Communication IQ TM system. I offer communication coaching for people looking to discover their communication style, to become self-aware and to improve their communication within their particular sphere of life.

Service Overview

Individual, Couples, Families, Groups, Businesses and Charities communication coaching

Sessions are delivered by Cathie Vincent, MA, Independent Life Languages TM Communication Coach (the Coach)

Sessions held face-to-face or virtual as mutually agreed

Session Structure

A recent Life Languages TM profile is required prior to any coaching session, available for the published fee at https://enrichcommunication.com/

Session type and structure: per my offer by email or other electronic methods of communication

Client Commitments

You are taking part in the coaching sessions at your own free will 

Prepare for each session by taking and bringing a copy of your profile

If directed, to print and bring a copy of the Workbook emailed prior to the session

Bring a notebook & pen to make personal session notes throughout

Minimize distractions during sessions

Engage in session activities, where identified, together

Follow safety instructions in outdoor spaces

Attend sessions free from alcohol/substance influence

Coach Commitments

Preparation and Review for your session(s) 

Punctual and Keeping to Time

Maintain professionalism and to teach within the Life Languages TM material

If I feel we are not best suited to work together I will be open about this and signpost you to alternative services

Terms & Payment

All session payments are due upfront in advance of the session, unless otherwise agreed

Profile fees are non-refundable and are priced in USD and converted to local currency at the time of the transaction. The profile price is controlled directly by the Life Languages TM USA business

Cancellations require 48-hour notice - after that session cancellations will be non-refundable however Mitigating Circumstances will be reviewed at Coach’s discretion.

You can reschedule your pre-paid package sessions as required a minimum of 48 hours before the session

Late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full and non-refundable

Non-attendance to sessions without explanation may result in termination of this coaching agreement

Payments accepted via electronic transfer, including BACS in UK, ACH in USA, or other such mutually agreed method, so long as it is without charges to Enrich Communication

Coaching Fees may be subject to change with 30-day notice and Life Languages TM profile fees are not controlled by Enrich Communication and may change without notice - this will not impact an existing, pre-paid coaching package. However new packages may be subject to change after 30 days’ notice

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Sessions are confidential with safeguarding exceptions

Data is stored and used for the purpose outlined in this coaching agreement

No recording/filming without recorded consent from both parties

Termination & Complaints

Termination: You the client or the Coach can terminate this agreement at any time for no reason or any reason. Notice of termination by email is sufficient
